To be eligible for a return on your Buy Ceylon purchase, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must not be marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
• You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

As a business specialising in authentic goods such as Sri Lankan spices and herbal teas, most items are non-returnable due to Canadian regulations.

To initiate a return from anywhere in Canada, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Contact Our Support Team
   Email infobuyceylon.ca within 7 days.
2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
   We will email you an RMA number and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Package Your Return
   Securely repack in original packaging. Write your RMA number on the outside.
4. Ship the Item
   Use a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return transit.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

If your Sri Lankan spices or teas arrive damaged, we will make it right quickly.

• Email us at infobuyceylon.ca within 7 days.
• Include clear photos showing the damage or defect.
• Upon review, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
