Returns & Refunds

At BuyCeylon.ca, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items may be exempt from returns for health and safety reasons (e.g., perishable goods, opened food products).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, beverages)
- Health and personal care products
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards and promotional items
Please note that any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@buyceylon.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@buyceylon.ca for assistance.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@buyceylon.ca within 3 days of receiving your order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
9. Final Sale and Clearance Items
All Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These items are sold as-is, and no further discounts or returns are allowed.
